 Breakfast in an alleyway may not sound appealing, but in Cambodia there's lots of life happening...and plenty of delicious breakfast options! 

Bai sob comes in so many varieties and is beloved by foreigners and locals alike. 

My fav place is across the street but Tonga's a fan of this spot that's been near his family's home since he was a boy.

Now I need to try them on my next visit to Cambodia. I love that there's always a fruit or vegetable I've never seen!

Msoum ang are grilled sticky rice cakes flavoured with coconut and, sometimes like this one, a starchy and sweet Cambodian banana. πŸ‡°πŸ‡­ 

Tonga only has a little over a week left to enjoy Khmer food! Anything else he should eat before he leaves?

Our family's home in Phnom Penh is in a great location for food carts. Snacks just come right to your door! 😍

Tonga says these Cambodian river clams are *chef's Tonga says these Cambodian river clams are *chef's kiss* but for foreigners they can be a little controversial. The only cooking happens from the sun. 

That level of salt and chili look 🀀 though.
